I am sure we are all keen to restart the club after the disruption of C-19 and
to get young people enjoying the water again as soon as possible.

To get things moving, we will be encouraging families and young people to attend Saturday 'Open Sailing' sessions where we will have safety boat cover and experienced sailors on hand to provide support, advice and guidance.

As the number of cadets (and helpers) increases we will be able to develop a more structured program incorporating instructor led activities, with the potential for sessions on a Sunday or a mid week evening.

The Saturday sessions also offer a great opportunity for social sailing to all members and our aim is to team up novices with the more seasoned to share skills, build confidence and build new friendships within the club. This applies equally to those wishing to sail, operate the safety boats, or support activities from the dry side.

If you are interested in supporting cadet activities or would like offer your time/skills to help the club in other ways, come along to the 'Volunteering Opportunities' social event from 7pm on the 9th April.
