HBSC Bulletin Issue 26

Welcome to edition 26 of the Bulletin, the regular communication keeping you informed of things happening at HBSC.

Sailing This Weekend:

Saturday: Open Sailing 1000 hrs start. Cadets are out at this time too please join us!

Sunday: 1000 start, Autumn 1 and 2. We just need a race officer please. Please come down, enjoy the lovely weather and come for a sail, eat, drink and meet Mary who is running the galley for the second weekend in a row thank you!

Power Boat Training

The next power boat course will be on Friday 22nd and Friday 29th September, 9am-5pm both days. This is a 2 day course, so attendance at both days is required. If you would like to do the next course, please sign up on the notice board in the club house or let Tony Herlihy know on 07711410051. Barn Dance This Saturday!

9th September to include buffet, £10 each, children are free. Please put your name down on the list on WhatsApp or email commodore@hernebaysailingclub.co.uk. There will be a live band and caller. There are 4 places left.

Sailing Programme for next year

The sailing committee are making plans for the programme next year, and will soon be inviting you all to take part in a survey to help shape what the programme looks like for next year and to have your feedback watch this space! There is an informal WhatsApp group called 'Sailing mums and dads' This is for parents/carers who would like to help each other with looking after children and joining sailing activities. If you would like to join, please let Magda know (07898778816) and she will add you to the group.
