AGM 2025 - 14 September 2025 @ 2PM

Dear Member,

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Herne Bay Sailing Club Limited will be held on Sunday 14 September 2025, starting at 2pm, in the Clubhouse.

The Agenda for the AGM is attached together with the minutes from the AGM held on 8th September 2025. Copies of the accounts for the year ended 31st December 2024 will be available at the AGM.

The AGM is a formal meeting and is required by the Companies Act for us to report to members on the running of the Herne Bay Sailing Club Limited. Any proposals before you can be accepted or rejected but not amended.

There were no notices submitted by individual members for consideration. No further items will be accepted now nor at the meeting. These are the rules under the Companies Act.

Proxy vote

If you cannot attend the AGM, any other Full Member may vote in your absence, provided your voting intentions are put in writing and received by me at the above address or by email no later than 6:00pm on Sunday 7th September 2025.
