Saturday 5th August Open Sailing, 2pm start. Safety boat helm and crew needed please. Sign up on SCM.

Sunday 6th August Sunday Sailing, 2pm start. Thank you to those who have signed up on SCM for duties. Safety boat helm still needed, please.

Safety Boats update

Colin Comper has fitted new run hour loggers on Humber and Viking. All safety boat helms, please check before each duty. We need to balance the usage between the safety boats evenly. To check, turn batt isolator and engine ignition on (you don't need to run the engine) and the total hours will be displayed.

Power Boat Training

Tony Herlihy, our power boat trainer has contacted all those who have registered interest in power boat level 2 course on 12th and 19th August. Please reply to him if you would like to attend, so he can work out whether there are enough people for the course to go ahead. Tony, as all the instructors are, are volunteers and they do not get paid and we thank them all very much for their time and commitment.
